The hotel is decent enough for the price but I've never been talked to so rudely and without provocation by a hotel staff member in all my years of travelling. Really soured my experience. First of all she seemed to be in a bad mood before I even approached the desk and then she raised her voice and badmouthed me right in front of my face assuming I can't understand her when she speaks Thai under her breath. I recommend properly training staff in how to talk to customers. Conclusion: Skip this hotel, skip the Karen encounter.

On monday 09/10 i was here this lantana pattaya hotel. The 3 star hotel so this really is quite nice stay. I was in room 105 it s very warmly .the service team very helpfull , with smile on their face .many good thing here ,strong wifi ,nice umbrella in-room, coffee bag and tea is ready for guest. Thanks to all hotel team .

The only negative is it's pretty much far away from the beach. I would probably stay somewhere else next time near the beach. The further away, it's cheaper. Free Thai breakfast though. But shower never had anyy hot water Actually I stay in July.

Staff were quite rude - the lady at the reception rolled her eyes when my sister asked for ice cream at their facility, and at that let out a sigh. When checking out she rudely pointed to the basket key. One exception to the staff is the gentleman at the breakfast buffet. He was the only friendly staff who greeted us with a smile and offered help around breakfast. They have free WiFi however it is only in the lobby. The rooms were quite shabby but comfortable. Positives included hard pillows and a portable clothes hanger with a balcony to step out on. The single bed was not comfortable however and was a significant downgrade from the queen bed.

Horrid place. Not recommended. Staff are rude and unhelpful. They charged me 60 baht for phoning a taxi! Breakfast was disgusting. When the night security person finishes mopping the floor at night in the bar area, he then mops the table tops with the same dirty mop, then when we were going upstairs to bed the same security man followed us around asking for a tip. He didn't get one. I paid for 2 rooms for one week and we checked out after 2 nights and went elsewhere.
